FAQ

Do you travel for weddings or other sessions?

Can we split up our wedding day coverage?

I'm always up for travel whether that be 3 hours north of Toronto or to Yosemite, CA. Exploring new places and people is half the fun of travel. I also have special rates for those getting married outside of the GTA so please don't hesitate to reach out!

Unfortunately coverage time can’t be split up. It is rare that you would need time split that a second shooter can’t cover or that timing for your day is that split. If you have a unique situation please reach out and we can discuss it further to come up with a solution together.

How do we receive our final photos?

When can we expect our images?

Every client gets their very own online gallery that gives you access to the hi-resolution downloads. Your gallery is also attached to a print store making the process of ordering prints, albums, etc. super easy!

8-10 weeks after your wedding date you will receive your full online gallery. This gives me the time to properly go over each image with care and make sure they are of the highest quality.

For all other sessions its 3-4 weeks post your shooting date.

What happens if we need to cancel or postpone our wedding?

What happens if you can't make it to our wedding/session?

Covid-19 has come with a lot of fluctuating restrictions. It's hard to know whether your wedding 6 months from now will still go on as planned. I am offering one free postponement for all my couples wanting to get married during the pandemic. Further postponements or rescheduling will incur a re-booking fee.

I know with the current world issues it can be scary knowing that I might not be able to make it. I will do everything in my power to be at your wedding. But if for some reason I can't I have a group of amazing photographers who will step up and take over. Ensuring that your once in a lifetime day is covered. For all other sessions we will reschedule or find another solution.

What is a right to print letter?

What should we wear for our photos?

The right to print letter allows you to take the photographs to any printer of your choice. It gives you the legal right to reproduce the images.

Every session and wedding I do I send out guides. They are full of tips and tricks to help you not only decide on what to wear but ways to make sure you have the best session.
